Grow Your Angpaos with Opus Income Plus Fund (¡§Opus IPF¡¨) ¡V Campaign Terms and Conditions
1. This Campaign is organised by Opus Asset Management Sdn Bhd [199601042272 (414625-T)].
2. This Campaign shall run from 1 February 2020 (12.00 a.m.) to 15 February 2020 (11.59:59 p.m.), both dates inclusive.
3. Investors must ensure the accuracy of their personal information provided at the time of entry of this Campaign. Misrepresentations or omissions to any facts and/or personal information which are deemed to be material by OpusAM shall result in disqualification from this Campaign and/or the forfeiture, withdrawal or withholding of the benefit won.
4. ¡§Units¡¨ and ¡§Net Asset Value¡¨ shall have the same meaning as defined in Opus IPF¡¦s Prospectus.

6. Investors hereby consent to the use of their personal information in accordance with OpusAM¡¦s Privacy Notice, which can be found at https://www.opusasset.com/privacy-notice/.
7. Any non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions at any stage may result in disqualification of the investors from the Campaign. OpusAM reserves the right to revise, change, modify, alter, suspend or vary any of these Terms and Conditions (wholly or in part) at any time without prior notice. Investors agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and may access the Opus Touch landing site to view these Terms and Conditions. Investors also agree to keep themselves up-to-date with any changes or variations to these Terms and Conditions.
8. OpusAM¡¦s decision on all matters with regards to the Campaign is final and binding.
9. OpusAM reserves the right to substitute/change the benefit with an equivalent value with sufficient prior notice provided either by email or through Opus Touch or OpusAM¡¦s website by OpusAM.
10. In the event that there is suspicion of any element of tampering/abuse/cheating/misconduct (collectively known as ¡§Misconduct¡¨) by investors or that these investors have benefited from the Misconduct, OpusAM reserves the right to disqualify and prohibit any and all entries by said investors for this Campaign and future campaigns.
11. OpusAM reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Campaign wholly or in part, with sufficient prior notice by posting in Opus Touch and/or OpusAM¡¦s website as deemed appropriate by OpusAM. Any suspension or termination of the Campaign by OpusAM shall not entitle any investors to any claim or compensation against OpusAM for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the investors whether directly or indirectly caused as a result of the act or suspension or termination of the Campaign.
